The government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under FAR 6.302-1 for a quantity of four chassis/control panel units. Delivery is FOB origin. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. Responsible sources may identify their interest and capability by submitting proposals or capability statements. The government will consider all responses but retains sole discretion on whether to compete the requirement.
