The Government intends a sole-source contract under FAR 6.302-1 for BLD AIR SHUTOFF VLV, P/N 5626-00-1, NIIN 015612426, quantity 26 EA, with delivery FOB origin. Responsible sources may identify their interest and capability or submit proposals, quotations, or capability statements, though this notice is not a request for competitive proposals. Responses will be used solely to determine whether to conduct a competitive procurement, and NAVSUP WSS intends to award sole source to the OEM or non-prime source(s), treating lack of response as non-interest.

This amendment reduces the required quantity from 26 to 25 for repair/overhaul of the BLD AIR SHUTOFF VLV (NSN 1680-015612426; P/N 123SCP5125-3/5626-00-1). Work must comply with Northrop Grumman drawing 123SCP5125-3 (latest revision) and applicable repair manuals/specifications, with the contractor responsible for facilities, labor, materials, parts, test equipment, and tooling unless Government Furnished. Offerors must be Government-approved sources or submit a NAVSUP Source Approval Request package; unapproved sources will not be considered for award. Identified repair sources/locations are Northrop Grumman Systems Corp/Dukes Aerospace Inc in Melbourne, FL, and Painesville, OH. The contractor must maintain ISO 9001/SAE AS9100 quality and calibration controls, configuration management, and provide a 12-month warranty (60 days after discovery of defect).
