This opportunity is for the repair and overhaul of NFS Chassis, Aircraft units (NSN 1680-01-618-9533, drawing 2829910-010) to a Ready for Issue condition in accordance with Ampex technical publications and MIL-STD-130 markings. The contractor must perform the work at the specified facility in Hayward, CA, and provide all necessary facilities, labor, materials, parts, and test equipment, with no Government-furnished manufacturing aids. Required turnaround time is 90 days after receipt of asset, with an induction expiration of 365 days after contract award and a monthly throughput constraint to be proposed by the contractor. A 12-month warranty applies from delivery, and the quality management system must comply with ISO 9001/SAE AS9100, including calibration, configuration management, and repair assessment testing requirements. Federal clauses such as Buy American apply, and early and incremental deliveries are accepted and preferred.
