66--NAVIGATION SET, IN REPAIR/MODIFICATION OF
This is a Navy contract for the repair and overhaul of navigation sets, with work to be performed at Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation’s facility in Woodland Hills, CA. The contractor must meet a 90-day Repair Turnaround Time (RTAT) after receipt of each asset, an induction expiration date of 365 days after contract award, and must specify a monthly throughput constraint. The contract requires an ISO 9001/SAE AS9100 quality system, a compliant calibration system, configuration management, and prohibits use of MIL-W-81381 wire. Special provisions address Beyond Economical Repair, Missing on Induction, and Over and Above Repair items, requiring DCMA concurrence and PCO disposition instructions. The contractor is responsible for all parts, materials, tooling, and test equipment, plus proper storage and MIL-STD 2073 packaging.
