This contract covers the repair, overhaul, testing, and inspection of the Air Monitor System (NSN 1680 017183019, P/N 123AV92020-7) to return units to Ready for Issue (RFI) condition. The specified performance location is Northrop Grumman Systems Corp in Melbourne, FL (Cage 70974), with inspections accomplished on the contractor's equipment. The contractor must maintain a quality system compliant with ISO 9001/AS9100 and a calibration system meeting ANSI/NCSL Z540.3, and follow MIL-STD-130 markings and the latest applicable repair technical publications. A warranty applies requiring supplies to be free from defects for 12 months, with notification required within 60 days after discovery of a defect. The contractor is responsible for all parts, materials, and tooling, and must follow special procedures for Beyond Economical Repair (BER), Missing on Induction (MOI), and Over and Above Repair (OAR) requiring DCMA/PCO approvals.
