This opportunity is for the repair, overhaul, and testing of the Computer, Digital DA (NSN 5895-01-538-0596) to return it to a Ready for Issue (RFI) condition. All work will be performed at the contractor’s facility in Melbourne, FL (Extant Aerospace), and the contractor must provide all necessary facility, labor, materials, parts, test equipment, and tooling—no government-furnished property will be provided. The contractor must comply with ISO 9001/SAE AS9100 quality standards and maintain a calibration system per ANSI/NCSL Z540.3 or equivalent. Items determined to be Beyond Economical Repair (BER) or requiring Over and Above Repair (OAR) are not included in the contract price and require government approval before proceeding.
