Award requires Government Source Approval prior to contract award. Non-approved sources must include the information detailed in the NAVSUP Source Approval Request (SAR) Brochure with their proposal, which is available online. Offers that fail to provide all required SAR data will not be considered for award. If source approval cannot be processed in time or approval requirements prevent timely acquisition, the Government may continue the award based on Fleet support needs.
