Government Source Approval is required prior to award. Non-approved sources must submit the NAVSUP Source Approval Request (SAR) Brochure information with their offer, or the offer will not be considered for award. If the SAR cannot be processed in time or approval requirements prevent timely acquisition, award may be continued based on Fleet support needs.
