The effort covers repair/upgrade, overhaul, testing, inspection, and acceptance of the ADAPTER ASSEMBLY, MI (P/N 74A730501-1003; NSN 1440-01-455-3646) to Ready for Issue condition, with technical data available in Boeing’s EDAL. The contractor must provide the facility, labor, materials, parts, test and tooling equipment, ISO 9001/SAE AS9100 quality system, calibration, configuration management, storage, and packaging unless Government-furnished property/material is expressly identified. Repairs/upgrades must be performed at the identified source/location: Boeing, 6200 JS McDonnell Blvd, St. Louis, MO 63134-1939 (Cage 76301). Special provisions cover BER, MOI, OAR, and SRA replacement determinations, generally requiring DCMA concurrence and PCO/Inventory Manager direction before proceeding. A 12-month warranty applies, with a 60-day period after discovery of defect.
