The contractor must maintain a quality system compliant with MIL-I-45208A, MIL-Q-9858, ISO 9000/9001/9002 or equivalent, covering inspection, repair procedures, purchased-material control, nonconforming-material control, and Government-reviewed documentation. The Government may randomly select completed repair CLINs from quarterly production for performance, environmental, and quality conformance testing at CFA or another Government-designated location. Contractors must maintain historical records for each CLIN/assembly, retain receipt inspection evidence for at least 12 months after end-item acceptance, and comply with MIL-STD-130 markings and MIL-STD-2073 packaging requirements.

This procurement is for 7 units of a specific NSN item, with delivery required FOB origin. Only sources previously approved by the Government for this flight-critical item have been solicited, and Government source approval is mandatory prior to contract award. Any offeror that is not an approved source must submit the required technical data and qualifications as detailed in the NAVSUP WSS Source Approval Brochure. Offers failing to provide all required data will not be considered, and award cannot be delayed pending approval of a new source. Award will only be made to an offeror, product, or manufacturer that meets the qualification requirements at the time of award.
