This is a sole-source repair requirement to return the NRP Antenna Coupler (NSN 4920 016010099, P/N 74D765118-1001) to a Ready for Issue condition. Performance will be at The Boeing Company’s facility in St. Louis, MO (6200 J S McDonnell Blvd), with inspection accomplished on the contractor’s equipment. Offerors must already be an approved source or submit the NAVSUP WSS Source Approval Brochure data, and proposals must remain valid for at least 120 days after submission. The contractor is responsible for all parts, materials, and quality compliance (ISO 9001/SAE AS9100, calibration, configuration management, and packaging). Repairs must follow the latest approved publications, and any deviations, waivers, or Beyond Economical Repair/Missing on Induction/Over and Above Repair determinations require Government concurrence.

This is a sole-source procurement for a quantity of two units of a flight-critical item, with delivery FOB origin. The part requires engineering source approval, and only previously approved sources have been solicited. New sources must submit the required source approval data with their proposal, as offers lacking this data will not be considered. The Government intends to negotiate with only one source under FAR 6.302-1, but all responsible sources may express interest and capability. This acquisition is not a commercial item purchase under FAR Part 12 and is subject to trade agreements.
