This is a sole-source requirement for the repair of a specific coupler, antenna, with performance at The Boeing Company facility in Saint Louis, MO. Offerors must be an approved source or submit all required data from the NAVSUP WSS Source Approval Brochure with their proposal to be considered. The contractor is responsible for repairing, testing, and inspecting the items to a Ready for Issue condition in accordance with the approved repair manuals and procedures. The contract includes a warranty covering one year after delivery, with defects reported within 45 days of discovery. ISO/AS9100 quality standards, calibration system requirements, and configuration management are mandatory for the contractor.

This acquisition involves a quantity of four units of an NSN item, with delivery on an FOB origin basis. The item is flight critical and requires Government source approval prior to contract award; only previously approved sources have been solicited. If you are not an approved source, you must submit all required source approval information with your proposal, as failure to do so will result in non-consideration. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under FAR 6.302-1, but all responsible sources may express interest or submit capability statements for consideration.
