The Government seeks quantity 3 each of NSN 7R-5995-014812876-QE (TDP VER 001) with delivery FOB origin. The item is flight critical and requires Government engineering source approval by the design control activity; only previously approved sources have been solicited because the Government lacks adequate technical data/data rights for full and open competition. Non-approved sources must submit with their offer the source approval information required by the applicable NAVSUP WSS Source Approval Information Brochure for spares or repair, and offers missing required data will not be considered. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under FAR 6.302-1, though responsible sources may identify interest/capability or submit proposals, quotations, or capability statements for consideration. Award requires the offeror, product/service, or manufacturer to meet qualification requirements at time of award; FAR Part 12 commercial item policies are not being used, and certain trade agreements may apply.

This is a Navy requirement for repair/overhaul, testing, and inspection of CABLE ASSEMBLY, SPEC (P/N A14G2697-3; NSN 014812876), returning units to Ready for Issue condition per applicable repair manuals, technical specs, engineering orders, and drawings. The contractor must provide facilities, labor, materials, parts, and test/tooling equipment; maintain ISO 9001/SAE AS9100 quality and calibration systems; follow configuration-management and packaging requirements; and perform repairs at the facility identified in the SOW, with the listed repair source/location as The Boeing Company, 6200 JS McDonnell Blvd, St. Louis, MO 63134-1939. Required repair turnaround time is 90 days after receipt of each asset, and the induction expiration date is 365 days after contract award, after which assets require bilateral agreement for repair. The contractor must also propose a monthly throughput constraint for the NSN and comply with CAV reporting, BER/MOI/OAR documentation, and DCMA concurrence requirements where applicable.
