This opportunity is for the repair and overhaul of a specific cable assembly (NSN 014812876, P/N A14G2697-3) to a Ready for Issue (RFI) condition in accordance with approved repair manuals and drawings. Performance of the work is designated at The Boeing Company facility in Saint Louis, Missouri (Cage 76301). The required Repair Turnaround Time (RTAT) is 90 days after receipt of each asset, and the contractor must propose a monthly throughput constraint; the induction expiration date is 365 days after contract award. The contractor is responsible for all parts, materials, labor, and tooling, and must maintain quality systems compliant with ISO 9001/AS9100 and applicable calibration standards. Special procedures apply for Beyond Economical Repair (BER), Missing on Induction (MOI), and Over and Above Repair (OAR) items, which require DCMA and/or PCO coordination.
