58--TIME SYSTEM, IN REPAIR/MODIFICATION OF
This is a firm fixed-price contract for the repair, overhaul, and testing of specific TIME SYSTEM units to return them to a Ready for Issue condition. The contractor must perform all work at their own facility, as no Government Furnished Property, materials, or special tooling will be provided. Key performance requirements include a Repair Turnaround Time of 156 days from asset receipt, a monthly throughput constraint to be specified by the contractor, and an induction period ending 365 days after contract award. The contractor is responsible for all parts, materials, and a quality system conforming to ISO 9001/AS9100.
