This is a contract for the repair of assets with a required Repair Turnaround Time (RTAT) of 26 days from physical receipt at the contractor's facility. The contractor must provide a monthly throughput capacity and can only induct assets for repair within 365 days of the contract award date. Pricing is based on meeting the RTAT, with price reductions subject to negotiation if deadlines are missed. Early and incremental deliveries of repaired assets are accepted and preferred.
