This is a Navy requirement for the repair of the listed items, with a required Repair Turnaround Time (RTAT) measured from physical receipt of the asset to government acceptance. The contractor must state a monthly throughput constraint for each NSN, and the induction expiration is 365 days after contract award. Early and incremental deliveries are accepted and preferred. A reconciliation modification will be issued after final acceptance of all inducted assets, with price adjustments subject to negotiation if RTAT requirements are not met.
