This is a repair requirement for the E-2 Rudder Assembly, Inboard, Upper (RH), to be performed in accordance with a hardcopy Statement of Work and CDRLs obtainable from N231 Source Development. The delivery schedule is based on Repair Turnaround Time (RTAT), measured from asset receipt at the contractor's facility to government acceptance, with the required RTAT to be specified in days. An induction expiration date applies 365 days after contract award, after which repairs require bilateral agreement; early and incremental deliveries are accepted. First Article Inspection is required at the contractor’s facility, with DCMA and FST present. Performance will occur at the contractor’s facility.
