This is a contract for the repair, overhaul, and testing of Embedded GPS-INS units (Part Number 016155547) to return them to a Ready for Issue condition. The work must be performed at the contractor's specified facility, with the example source location given as 13350 US Highway 19 North, Clearwater, FL. The contractor must achieve a Repair Turnaround Time of 20 days after asset receipt and provide a monthly throughput capacity. The contractor is responsible for providing all necessary facilities, labor, materials, parts, and test equipment, as no Government Furnished Property will be provided.

This is a non-competitive, sole-source solicitation for three flight-critical items, and only previously government-approved sources are being solicited directly. Unapproved sources must submit a full source approval package with their proposal, as the approval process is too lengthy to delay an award. The Government intends to negotiate with only one source, but it will consider proposals or capability statements received within 45 days from the publication of this notice for the purpose of possibly conducting a future competitive procurement.
