The contractor is solely responsible for providing all necessary facilities, labor, materials, parts, and special tooling or test equipment. The contractor must maintain a quality system conforming to ISO 9001/AS9100 and follow strict configuration management and government approval processes for any changes to repair procedures, drawings, or parts sources.
