This is a contract for the repair, overhaul, and testing of mechanical actuators (Part Number 011072666) to return them to a Ready for Issue condition. The work must be performed at the contractor's facility located at 320 S Church St, Addison, IL 60101-3750. The contractor is responsible for providing all necessary facilities, labor, materials, parts, and tooling, as no Government Furnished Property will be provided.
