This is a pre-solicitation synopsis for repair of 6 each NSN 7RH 5999 016517373, part 4881-01000-15-101, TRANSFER UNIT,PROG, for Foreign Military Sales Australia. The repair is sole source to Mercury Mission Systems LLC (CAGE 0AZ36), the OEM, and the Government lacks complete repair data, drawings, and rights. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with the prime contractor under FAR 6.302-1, and only the previously approved source will be solicited; alternate sources must qualify and obtain Government source approval prior to award, with new-source approval normally unable to delay award. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, and eligible contractors must provide company name/CAGE code, part/NIIN eligible for repair, OEM status, repair capability/technical capacity if not OEM, small-business status/type, and company POC.
