This is a sole-source presolicitation for the repair and upgrade of 2 units of NSN 7RH 1680 015830119 (NIIN 015830119, Part Number 2030584-001, USSR) under a Foreign Military Sales case for Switzerland. The government intends to award to DRS Training and Control Systems, LLC, as it does not possess the data necessary for repairs or manufacture. Other responsible sources may express interest and submit capability statements, but they must meet Government source approval requirements prior to award, with no delay permitted for pending approvals. New sources must provide technical data as detailed in the NAVSUP WSS Source Approval Information Brochure, and offers failing to do so will not be considered. Award will be made only to a source approved by the Government at the time of award, and the government may proceed based on Fleet support needs if approval cannot be processed in time.
