This is a pre-solicitation notice for the repair of five valve assemblies for Foreign Military Sales to Kuwait. The work is currently designated as sole source to the Original Equipment Manufacturer, Parker Hannifin Corp, as they possess the essential repair data and capability. While all responsible sources may submit capability statements or proposals for consideration, any alternate source must already have or obtain Government source approval, a process that typically cannot delay an award.
