This is a pre-solicitation notice for the repair of three video recorders for a Foreign Military Sales case to Australia. The work is currently designated as sole source to the Original Equipment Manufacturer, Mercury Mission Systems LLC, because they possess the essential repair data and design control. However, the government will consider capability statements from all responsible sources, though any alternate source must already have or obtain complex government source approval prior to contract award.
