NAVSUP WSS Philadelphia intends to solicit on a sole-source basis with Sikorsky Aircraft Corp for one FAIRING ASSEMBLY (NSN 1RD 9999 LLH4FF614 CB, P/N 70205-24001-048). The Government lacks sufficient, accurate, or legible data to contract with any source other than the current one. The item is subject to Free Trade Agreements and the WTO Government Procurement Agreement, and Government Source Approval is required prior to award. New-source approval normally cannot be completed without delaying award, so non-approved sources must submit the NAVSUP WSS Source Approval Brochure information with their proposal or their offers will not be considered.
