NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support Philadelphia intends to solicit and negotiate on a sole-source basis with Sikorsky for repair of a Fairing Assembly (P/N 70205-24001-047; NSN 1RD 9999 LLH4FF559 CB; QTY 1 EA), with delivery FOB Origin. No drawings or data are available, and the Government does not own the data or rights needed to purchase the part from additional sources. The Government intends to award to only one responsible source under 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1)/FAR 6.302, and non-approved firms must submit a Source Approval Request, though the procurement will not be delayed for SAR approval.
