NAVSUP WSS Philadelphia intends to solicit on a sole-source basis to Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation for H-60 platform STEP ASSY, NSN 1560-014668184, P/N 70207-26001-047, quantity 10 EA, delivery FOB Origin. The Government does not own the drawings/data and states Sikorsky is the OEM and only known approved source for this repair part. Non-approved firms must submit a Source Approval Request (SAR), but award will not be delayed pending SAR approval. The procurement is not a Total Small Business Set-Aside, will use FAR Part 15 and electronic procedures via NECO, with UID and Buy American clauses applying. The RFQ is expected to be issued approximately 1 October 2026 and award approximately 1 January 2027; interested organizations may email capabilities to Liam Cunningham.
