This is a sole-source procurement for three signal items. The government does not have sufficient, accurate, or legible data to contract with any source other than the current one, and these items require Government Source Approval prior to award. Any offeror who is not an approved source must submit the data required by the NAVSUP WSS Source Approval Brochure; offers failing to do so will not be considered. Since the time required to approve a new source normally cannot delay award, approval should be sought early. The acquisition is subject to Free Trade Agreements and the WTO Government Procurement Agreement, and delivery is FOB origin.
