NAVSUP WSS intends to solicit on a sole source basis a spacer unit (part number 4166AS0693-101) for a quantity of 12 units with delivery FOB origin. The government does not possess sufficient, accurate, or legible data to contract with other than the current source. This acquisition is subject to Free Trade Agreements and the World Trade Organization Government Procurement Agreement. Items require Government Source Approval prior to award, and the approval process for a new source normally takes so long that award cannot be delayed pending approval. Interested parties not already an approved source must submit all data required by the NAVSUP WSS Source Approval Brochure.
