NAVSUP WSS Philadelphia intends to award a sole-source contract to Sikorsky Aircraft Corp for 21 each of a control panel, as Sikorsky is the original equipment manufacturer and the only known source due to the government lacking data rights. Other responsible sources may submit capability statements or source approval requests, but the procurement will not be delayed for approval. The acquisition will use FAR Part 15 procedures, is not a small business set-aside, and will be posted electronically. Interested firms should submit capabilities via email.
