15--CHAFF DISP SUPPORT,
The Navy intends to award a sole-source contract for 15 units of NSN 1RM 1560 015633134 RV, part number 96209-85003-050, identified as a chaff dispenser support. The government lacks sufficient, accurate, or legible data to contract with any source other than the current one. This acquisition is subject to Free Trade Agreements and the WTO Government Procurement Agreement. Offerors must be approved sources; if not, they must submit the required data from the NAVSUP WSS Source Approval Brochure, or their proposal will not be considered.
