This is a sole-source procurement for one unit of a digital control, with only previously approved sources solicited. The item is flight critical and requires Government source approval prior to award, and award cannot be delayed pending approval of a new source. Companies not already approved must submit the information required by the NAVSUP WSS Source Approval Brochure, or evidence that a request is already under evaluation, to be considered. Offers that fail to provide the required source approval data will not be considered. The acquisition is also subject to Free Trade Agreements and related trade agreement clauses if included in the solicitation.
