NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support Philadelphia intends to award a sole source contract to Sikorsky Aircraft Corp for six units of a manifold assembly (part number 70652-02250-056) under an existing basic ordering agreement. The Government lacks sufficient, accurate, or legible data to contract with other than the current source. This acquisition is subject to Free Trade Agreements and the WTO Government Procurement Agreement (FAR 52.225-3 and 52.225-5).
