The Navy intends to award a sole-source contract to Sikorsky Aircraft Corp for one unit of a DC power distributor (P/N 06550-00801-104). The government does not own the data or rights needed to purchase this part from other sources, but all responsible firms may submit capability statements for consideration. Firms not already approved to manufacture this material must submit a Source Approval Request, though the procurement will not be delayed for that approval.
