This is a sole source U.S. Navy repair requirement for 30 load cells (NSN 7RH 1650 016656090 H5, P/N 06850-02821-102) to be returned to Ready for Issue condition. The work must be performed at Sikorsky Aircraft Corp., located at 6900 Main Street, Stratford, CT 06615-9129. The contractor must comply with the Statement of Work, including strict repair procedures, configuration management, and quality system requirements (ISO 9001/AS9100), and must supply all necessary parts and materials. Government source approval is required prior to award, and offerors who are not already an approved source must submit the data detailed in the NAVSUP WSS Source Approval Brochure for consideration. Special provisions apply for Beyond Economical Repair, Missing on Induction, and Over and Above Repair items, requiring DCMA concurrence and PCO disposition instructions.
