16--FRAME,SEAT,AIRCRAFT, IN REPAIR/MODIFICATION OF
NAVSUP WSS Philadelphia intends to award a sole source repair contract to Sikorsky Aircraft Corp for one aircraft seat frame (NSN 1680 016929054, P/N 06500-01800-114) under an existing Basic Ordering Agreement. Performance will be at Sikorsky's facility in Stratford, CT, with work including repair, testing, inspection, and return of the item to Ready for Issue condition. The contractor must maintain an ISO 9001/AS9100 quality system and obtain Government approval for any configuration or source changes. Because this is a sole source to the current approved source, other potential offerors must be Government-approved and submit the required source approval data. No budget amount is specified.
