NAVSUP WSS Philadelphia intends to award a sole source contract to Sikorsky for the repair of two units of NSN 7R-6110-017005541-H5, P/N X0606-00163-106. The government does not own the data or rights needed for alternative sourcing, and Sikorsky is the OEM and only known source. Other responsible sources may submit capability statements, but any firm not already approved must submit a Source Approval Request, and the procurement will not be delayed for that approval. The procurement will follow FAR Part 13 procedures, is not a small business set-aside, and the solicitation will be posted electronically to NECO. The anticipated award date is January 2027.
