NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support (WSS) Philadelphia intends to award a sole-source contract to Sikorsky (CAGE 78286) for the repair of 4 units of part number X0606-00410-106 (NIIN 016986390). The government does not possess the data or rights needed to procure this part from other sources, and Sikorsky is the original equipment manufacturer and only known source.
