The Navy intends to award a sole-source contract to Sikorsky (CAGE 78286) for repair of two units of NSN 7R-1650-016972924-H5 (P/N X0665-00007-101), as the OEM and only known source. No drawings or data are available, and the government does not own the rights to purchase from other sources. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, but must complete a Source Approval Request (SAR) if not already approved, and the procurement will not be delayed for SAR approval. Delivery is FOB origin. The anticipated award date is January 2027.
