NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support Philadelphia intends to sole source a contract to Sikorsky Aircraft Corp for the purchase of two windshields each of two specific part numbers. The Government states Sikorsky is the Original Equipment Manufacturer and the only known source, as it does not own the data rights to purchase these parts elsewhere. While this is a notice of intent and not a formal competitive request, proposals received within 35 days of the synopsis will be considered. The procurement will use FAR Part 15 procedures, and electronic procedures will be used with the solicitation posted to NECO.
