NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support Philadelphia intends to sole source a contract to Sikorsky Aircraft Corp for one Mission Kit Blade. The government states Sikorsky is the only known source as the OEM, and it does not own the data rights to purchase the part elsewhere. While this is a notice of intent and not a competitive request, proposals received within 45 days of the synopsis will be considered. The procurement will use FAR Part 15 procedures and will be conducted electronically via NECO. Interested parties may submit capabilities and qualifications via a specified email address.
