The U.S. Navy intends to issue a sole-source procurement to Sikorsky for two fairing assembly parts. While this is a non-competitive notice of intent, the government will consider any capability statements or proposals received within 45 days of the synopsis. The procurement will be conducted electronically, and any firm not already an approved manufacturer must submit a separate Source Approval Request. Performance will occur under an existing Basic Ordering Agreement. Interested parties must submit their qualifications via a specified email address.
