This is a firm-fixed-price or TT&E repair contract for FUEL PURGE CONTROLLERS (P/N 2915-011302898) to return them to a Ready for Issue condition. The contractor must provide all facilities, labor, materials, and tooling, as no Government Furnished Property will be provided. All repair work must be performed at the contractor's specified facility, which is BC SYSTEMS INC located at 200 N BELLE MEAD AVE, EAST SETAUKET, NY 11733. The contractor must have a quality system conforming to ISO 9001/AS9100 and a compliant calibration system. Specific clauses address procedures for items determined to be Beyond Economical Repair, Missing on Induction, or requiring Over and Above repair.

This requirement is for the repair of one unit with a requested repair turnaround time (RTAT) of 365 days. Quotes must include either a firm-fixed price or TT&E pricing along with estimated repair costs. The contract will be considered issued by the Government when it is mailed, faxed, or sent electronically. The Government's acceptance of the contractor's proposal constitutes a bilateral agreement.
