This requirement is for the repair of one unit with a requested repair turnaround time (RTAT) of 365 days. Quotes must include either a firm-fixed price or TT&E pricing along with estimated repair costs. The contract will be considered issued by the Government when it is mailed, faxed, or sent electronically. The Government's acceptance of the contractor's proposal constitutes a bilateral agreement.
