NAVSUP WSS has determined that a small-business set-aside is not applicable for this repair requirement. The RFQ seeks contractor pricing for the repair using either firm-fixed-price or TT&E pricing, along with estimated repair costs. The Government will issue the resulting contract, delivery order, purchase order, or modification when it is mailed, faxed, or transmitted electronically, including by email. The Government’s acceptance of a contractor’s proposal constitutes a bilateral agreement to issue that contract/order/modification.
