NAVSUP WSS Philadelphia intends to award a sole-source repair requirement for one ANTENNA (NSN 7R 5985 015731112, P/N 530092-002, FMS Case DE-P-GBP, RMC 3D, Cage 03640) under an existing BOA. The Government states it lacks sufficient, accurate, or legible data to contract with a source other than the current one. The acquisition is subject to Free Trade Agreements and the WTO Government Procurement Agreement. These items require Government Source Approval prior to award; the time required for approval normally prevents delaying award, so non-approved sources must submit the information detailed in the NAVSUP WSS Source Approval Brochure with their proposal, and offers missing required data will not be considered.
