NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support Philadelphia intends to sole source a contract to Lockheed Martin Corp for one unit of a specific radar part, as they are the OEM and the only known approved source. The government does not own the data rights to acquire this part from others. While this is a notice of intent and not a formal competitive request, proposals received within 45 days of the synopsis will be considered for the purpose of potentially conducting a future competitive procurement.
