The government intends to solicit and negotiate on a sole-source basis under FAR 6.302-1 for a commercial/nondevelopmental/off-the-shelf item, quantity 1 EA, with delivery FOB origin. All responsible sources may identify their interest and capability or submit proposals, quotations, or capability statements. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals, but information received will normally be considered solely to determine whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Award will be made only if the offeror, product/service, or manufacturer meets the applicable qualification requirements at time of award under FAR 52.209-1.
