Interested parties may obtain Military/Federal specifications, standards, QPLs/QPDs, handbooks, and other standardized documents from the DoD Single Stock Point (DODSSP)/DAPS in Philadelphia, PA, or via ASSIST-Online; patterns, drawings, deviation lists, and purchase descriptions are not stocked there. All responsible sources may identify their interest and capability or submit proposals, quotations, or capability statements, although this notice is not a request for competitive proposals. Award will be made only if the offeror, product/service, or manufacturer meets the qualification requirement(s) at time of award in accordance with FAR clause 52.209-1. Information received will normally be considered solely to determine whether to conduct a competitive procurement, and any decision not to compete based on responses is within the Government’s discretion.
