This is a Navy RFQ for firm-fixed-price repair, overhaul, upgrade, testing, and inspection of NRP,LH Secondary PA, P/N 67000014-1-1, NSN 1680-016185512, in accordance with Honeywell drawing 67000014-1-1 (latest) and MIL-STD-130. The contractor must return units to Ready-for-Issue condition, supplying all facilities, labor, materials, parts, tooling, and quality/calibration systems, including ISO 9001/SAE AS9100 and ANSI/NCSL Z540.3 or equivalent. Performance/repair source is identified as Honeywell Intl Inc., 2525 W. 190th Street, Torrance, CA 90504-6002, and repairs must be performed at the facility specified in the SOW unless otherwise authorized. Required repair turnaround is measured from asset acceptance/receipt, induction expires 365 days after contract award, and the contractor must propose throughput constraints by NSN, with early and incremental deliveries preferred. The SOW also covers BER, MOI, and OAR determinations, configuration management, parts/material controls, and required PCO/DCMA approvals.
