The contractor must provide all facilities, labor, materials, parts, test tooling, quality system controls, calibration, configuration management, MIL-STD-130 markings, and MIL-STD-2073 packaging. Repairs must be performed at the identified source/location: Honeywell Limited, 3333 Unity Drive, Mississauga, ON L5L 3S6, Canada. The contractor must report asset receipts in CAV and meet contractual Repair Turnaround Time from asset acceptance; induction expires 365 days after contract award, after which assets require bilateral agreement for repair. Throughput constraints must be stated per NSN, early/incremental deliveries are preferred, and BER/MOI/OAR items require DCMA concurrence and PCO disposition before proceeding.
